The actual movers were friendly and efficient. Subtracting a star because communication and scheduling was not great. 18 hours before the move, i hadn’t gotten any confirmation or calls from the company so I had to call them. They confirmed but couldn’t tell me what time they’d be there. The movers arrived earlier than expected and surprised us.
