They let me know when they were going to arrive and they arrived on time and are ready to work. They are respectful of the items being moved and they are careful not to bump the walls. They figure out the best way to move an item. They are careful and cautious, taking the time needed but not slacking. They are very organized when filling a space. They are friendly and easy to work with.

The team was exceptional! Tim, Tim, Tony and Zachary were so helpful! Being a disabled couple, we just can't do much heavy lifting anymore. But these awesome people worked very hard the entire time they were at our place. Not only were they quick and efficient helping us move (and they Tetris’d the heck out of our boxes in the moving container) but they were so patient with our mess and courteous and kind the entire time! We only managed to have half of our stuff ready to go so far, but we have already scheduled them to come back next week to help us finish the job!
