It only took about 40 minutes to unload a 15 foot U Haul truck. Nothing was scratched or broken. The movers communicated when they were going to show up and they were on time.

The movers were great, fast, communicative, and professional. I was dissatisfied with the communication during the move. Our originally agreed time was 5 pm; the day before, they changed it to 5-6 with a one-hour heads-up. Fine, I can work with that. The day of at 4.30 I texted about the estimated arrival, no reply. I had to call them at 5; they said the movers were held up and would be there at 6.15, so I waited in the heat with mosquito bites all over. At 6.28, the movers said they were still 30 minutes away. At 7.03, they finally arrived. Everything else was smooth from there, but I had to pay an extra hour on the U-Haul I rented and endure the Austin heat when this could have been all avoided with more communication with the customers. I understand that movers can be held up at work, but upper management could have done better delivering that message.

I highly recommend this company. Kerry and Damion loaded a 26’ truck in 2 hours!!! They were friendly fun to work with and matched my energy and jokes it was a huge help for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!!

The movers themselves were nice, courteous, and handled everything with care. They were excellent and fast! Absolutely no complains there. I was not so satisfied with the scheduling and communication previous to my services. The person dealing with that part of the business was short and did not seem super organized. Overall, no horrible situations arose and I would recommend them
