Best Deal Movers and Cleaners are great! I needed an early move in time and they came at 7am. I was very grateful because they were the only company that guaranteed an early time. They confirmed immediately, unloaded everything in less than two hours, AND they assembled my furniture. I really appreciated them working diligently in the summer heat. I truly wanted to leave this business a 5 stars review because the owner Tim was great and I had promised that I would leave a 5 star review. But after waking up the next morning to look for items I specifically told them not to pack and confirming from my cameras that they had indeed packed them and then I had to spend money to buy these items again since I need them before the boxes get to me, I have to leave them a 1 star review. I painstakingly stayed up till 2am the night before they came separating items in areas that I didn’t want them to touch or pack and yet they packed those items. It would have been helpful if they asked me a million times if they didn’t remember something I said not to pack than just go ahead to pack it. This is very frustrating. Also one of the staff had an intense body odour and zero regard for cleanliness. I had to open all my windows thereby wasting power since the AC was on and that caused my house to be extremely hot. They should be more attentive.
