Feeling very appreciative. Gabriel and Andrew texted before the move to put our minds at ease with confirmation they would be here, their arrival time and needed dollies. They arrived early and not only worked hard but did a fantastic job of organizing everything along the way- from the organization of the truck to the storage unit- both were organized in a super helpful way! Communication wasn’t the best from the beginning. They initially reach out in a text message and I responded. I didn’t hear back for two days so I called and confirmed everything. They finally texted me back and confirmed everything through text message on the 3rd day. They were 15 mins late and ended up going 15 mins over and charged me for an extra hour. One guy stayed on his phone constantly. Don’t get me wrong I’m glad I didn’t have to do it on my own. Although I also helped them move my stuff as well! HONESTLY if you can choose another company!! Luis was great though it was the other guy I don’t even remember his name that stay on his phone and made sure to charge extra. Luis just wanted the code so they could leave. Karma will get him though.
