I had to contact B-TheMover 3 days after booking them through UHAUL to confirm what time they would come. Although they didn't bring any dollies or carts, they were fast with moving my boxes and furniture down 3 flights of stairs in the summer heat but did drop some pins, nuts, and bolts along the way, which unfortunately, we discovered after unloading the truck into our new apartment. Overall, they are good to book for last-minute moving help!

Showed up late. One mover was constantly on phone. Worked slowly the entire time. Disappeared for 45 minutes when driving to a storage unit less than 5 minutes from the loading address and expected me to pay for this time. On the second trip to the storage unit, they left without completly unloading the truck, leaving me to finnish by myself. Would not recommend, I have had much better experiences using movinghelp movers.
