Forst of all, I really appreciated the communication with one of the movers. In addition, UBox delivered a day late, so the moving date had to change 13 hours prior to the scheduled date because UBox(UHaul) had a Forklift that broke down 13 hours prior to movers arrive, and 4 hours after the scheduled delivery, which is no fault of Armoured Movers. However, the person on the text messages(our communication method), worked with me and scheduled for the next day at 7am, first thing. I was impressed and relieved they could be this flexible, on a Sunday. Fantastic service! They arrived on time, introduced themselves, then proceeded to empty the 2 UBoxes neatly, and quickly. They put everything where I wanted, considering it wasn't too much, they were done withing 1 hour. I will suggest to make things faster and easier is to make sure UBox deliverer drops boxes off with doors facing in direction of the move, not facing away. They layed blankets to keep things clean, great job!!

Brendon and Nasir were my movers and they did a phenomenal job! Their communication was excellent and they were very strategic with loading. They made me feel so assured that my items were being cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better service especially this being my first time hiring movers!
