Communication prior to move was not great, to the point I was asking the morning of my move what time the movers would arrive. I had to call the main number several times and continued to be pushed back and told that I will hear back later, with no specific time frame. This was an extremely stressful way to start my move. Along with that, my time was not honored and the job took longer than expected. The movers were asked if the job could be done quicker, due to the late start, which they agreed to and stated it could be done, and at the end of two hours I was rushing to get everything in the truck. The packing itself was not ideal, which resulted in me having to make more trips in my car rather than the truck I rented. I am thankful for the job that was done, but I wish that I had a better experience.
