Francois did such an amazing job and truly helped me when I made the mistake of thinking that I booked him to help me move my things from my home to the ubox. Instead of canceling on me he worked with me and made sure all my things were moved to U-Haul and loaded securely in the box. It was like 1000 degrees and he did not complain or make it seem like I was bothering him at all. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know what I would’ve done that day. He was prompt and hospitable and has great work ethic. Thanks again!

Unloading was quick . I encourage you to have the crew be mindful of the labels on boxes. I just attempted to unpack a vase and it's broken glass shaking inside. Please, Please remember to read boxes. Also be clear about additional services before execution. Thanks again.
