This crew was superb! It was hot! They arrived from a prior job and got right to work moving from 2nd story apartment to a 3rd story apartment. Nothing damaged and everything delivered in good shape. Thank you Uhaul for providing the loading and unloading service.

They broke several items. Showed up an hour late. Packed the uhaul in a very careless way. Communication before the move was non existent. Unfortunately they destroyed a lot of our property and we realized this when we arrived to our new home 176 miles away. Kinda sucks because I tipped generously regardless.

Broke and damaged items. Was told they’d Venmo us for the broken item, but after multiple attempts to receive it, they’ve ghosted us. So we’re out the money and had to pay them.

We used College Ave Movers and were very impressed. They arrived one hour late with no call, which made us nervous, but once they got to work, they completely turned it around. They packed our entire truck in just one hour, stacked everything to the ceiling like pros, and handled heavy items with no damage or complaints. They were polite, fast, and efficient. Even though they were late, they offered to stay later to make up for lost time. That level of accountability and professionalism matters. If they fix their communication and timing, they’d be near perfect. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
