This was the worst experience possible. Both movers were late. One arrived 12 minutes late and the other arrived 37 minutes late. The totally scrapped up my wood furniture and broke pieces off some. I have pictures for proof. To add insult to injury, the one who was 37 minutes late had the nerve to ask for a tip. Although my wife tipped them, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY AGAIN!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!

The company broke my 70 inch Samsung TV during my move. This should be no big deal and easily resolved but this company that is being recommended by uhaul on their website DOES BIT HAVE INSURANCE. This is what they told me I paid $699 for this tv plus taxes and paid the movers $580 plus $100 tip (I didn’t realize my tv was broken until I plugged it up and tried to turn it on. Because the company DOES NOT have insurance the person I spoke to via text agreed they would pay me $290 half my move. He told me he would pay me a week after contacting them. I patiently waited and once the date came they would pay me Aug 4th, they ghosted me and never responded to me again. I have all the text med and proof of this agreement conversation and they completely lied. Damaged my TV took my money and never responded again to any phone call or text message.
