When Jordan and Stratton arrived at my loading address, they said ‘ Don’t worry, ma’am. Stand back and watch the magic.’ And boy were they right! I was so impressed by their efficiency and care. The way they communicated with me before, during, and after the move was very transparent and friendly. Perhaps more importantly, the way they communicate with each other to execute tricky maneuvers (I had narrow door and and tight corners to squeeze around) showed their true expertise. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. I was in great hands, and you will be too!

The young men that helped us were friendly and driven. They needed no direction. They were there to work hard and do it while smiling . This is a rare combination of professionalism , pride and compassion. It was already a very stressful day and they helped make the event go smoothly and efficiently while always communicating and smiling . I was very impressed by them. And I will admit that I am not easily impressed. They truly exceeded my expectations as well as coordination with Chase who set up everything and made sure that everything went smoothly and timely. 6 stars aren’t enough for the work and attitude they brought to the table. Jordan and Joshua were fantastic and appreciated the opportunity to excel. Human interaction and care for our property was important to them and soothing to us parents leaving our daughter in a new town.
