I’m very glad I hired Ricky and his helper, U-Haul doesn’t tell you to add more than 2 people but if you call Ricky he will accommodate with what you need. I got for 6 hours for a 4 bedroom size house to another 4 bedroom house and I added an extra hour just to make sure to have all beds put up. Thank you

Ricky and his helper were amazing, I hired them and started at 930am. I hired them for 6 hours for a 4 bedroom size to another 4 bedroom house size. Since it was my first time booking movers I didn’t know how the time or tools I needed. If you let them know within advance what type of furniture or appliances you got they can bring the right tools in order to pack everything for you. Make sure to give them a call a day before in order for them to know what to bring.

The movers charged me additional hours for services they did not provide. When I asked them to remove the additional hour of charge, they refused. I tipped well and am now having to work through CashApp to remove the tip that was equivalent to the additional charges on top of services provided. They asked to receive a tip via CashApp and not through U-Haul Moving Help. They even requested that I pay for the mileage between the loading and unloading locations because they did not check the distance prior to meeting with me despite having all the information. I am disappointed to be treated this way since they seemed quite friendly when starting out.
