I’d like to file a formal complaint. They broke and damaged my furniture. My interior walls were damaged. The movers arrived 4 hours late. They had massive body odor. I provided them bottled waters and they littered those bottles on my property. Very, Very unprofessional. My family members assisted and helped them with their job and my nephew was injured.

I should have moved myself. Worst experience I could have imagined. I was on a tight time line, had already rented a moving truck, needed the job done that day, and paid for 2 guys because I was hurt. A guy smelling strongly of weed showed up, high as a kite, with his little wife. Took 4 hours to do what 2 guys could have done in 1.5. Since I had to help, I was constantly in pain from a prior injury. I called Stamina during the ordeal and Greg and Kendra the operators did nothing. Only Greg answered his phone and told me he would speak with Kendra about the matter and get back to me about my request for, at the very least, a partial refund. I paid for 2 guys and got 1. Never heard back. Left messages. Emailed. They are cowards, dishonest, or disorganized or all 3. Run from Stamina. Don't use Moving.com either since they take zero responsibility for any of their vendors.

I have multiple pieces of furniture that got damaged. My Piano’s cord got snapped in half and got no response to what happened to the other half. I told them my tempur pedic had to be flat, I walked into my bedroom and found it sideways against the wall. They completely missed a bedroom with boxes. They were also dragging furniture across the wood floor and scratched the floor up in the new house. They were fast, but now have to replace furniture and try to get floors fixed.
