Quick, smooth, and efficient. Only reason I give them 3 stars is due to the fact the young man told me it’ll be an additional $50 because they don’t normally cover my area. That’s something you’re supposed to communicate with me weeks in advanced especially with how expensive moving is. As far as I’m concerned young brother just asked me for gas money under the table and I found that extremely unprofessional. If there was an additional charge UHaul would’ve made me aware far in advanced.

I paid for 4 man-hours of loading and unloading (2 guys x 2 hours each). 1 guy showed up and did a good job while I helped for an hour and a half. He then started complaining. He didn't want to work more than 2 hours and didn't want to complete the loading portion of the job, despite that's what I paid for. He left after 1 hour and 50 minutes. Then had the nerve to request an additional hour. I then had to finish the job he was paid to do. Select someone else.
