They arrived four hours late than the agreed upon time. False promises were made for assurances. Communication was good until the day before but once they started running late, neither the office nor the actual workers picked up their phones or called to provide an update.

Scuffed walls and trim, damaged front door, did not use cushion materials provided. Destroyed shelving unit, damaged dresser, and we had to rearrange truck after loaded

The movers were behind a couple of hours and was notified that morning. There was no dolly provided so I had to get one. The movers were quick given the time limit. There were a few hits and dents on the walls.

I waited for the company to reach out for a week and was worried they wouldn't show up. There was no dolly provided so I had to get one. The two men started off great but were slow between walks as if intending to go past the 2 hr reservation. My friends and I had to help them out. There were a few hits and dents on the walls.
