Had Fred and Deion come help. I've moved too many times to count. These two were by far the best movers I've hired. The communication was great, they were professional, handled my stuff carefully, thoughtfully planned and loaded the truck, were punctual, recorded their actual start time versus the time they arrived onsite, and they worked efficiently. This may be the first time I've used movers and not had something damaged. During the move, the office was in communication with me and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the work being done. I thought that was a great added service. I was extremely happy and will hire this company again for my next move.

Everything went well until the unloading was complete. I initially booked for three hours but ended up using two hours. I released the payment code to the movers with the promise of getting the refund of one hour. At the time of writing this, Best Movers said they cannot refund the one hour because the movers said they unloaded in three hours. An advice to all who would see this review, book the minimum hours for the job and only add hours as they work along because you will not get your refund for unused hours.

Worst company to do business with. Movers did not use blanket wraps and consequently my furniture was damaged during transit. Tried to work with them on a claim and they offered $0.60 per pound for damaged items. I even paid for the safe load insurance but they won’t cover anything. Stay away from this group if you need help with your move. There are better ones out there.
