Both movers arrived late, and did not have any carts or dollys so I furnished the only one I owned and it slowed things down a lot. And I witness the movers drag several of my bags on the concrete to get to the trunk instead of lifting since they had no cart to utilize. They were both very nice but seemed unprepared and moved with no urgency.

I’m VERY picky! Initially, they weren’t sure they could accommodate my job because it was last minute. I liked that communication was constant and they made the effort to fit me into the schedule. My helpers arrived early and went above and beyond to ensure my transfer went as smoothly as possible. Should I require assistance again, I’ll be using them.
