They arrived 15 mins later than scheduled (which I typically would not mind but I had to work). Prior to them starting the job I advised them to maximize on the space as all items can fit (I've done this before). They only brought a small dolly but I thought hey I've seen movers make it work. They moved slow taking 1 box or 2 at a time. They tore my wardrobe boxes by not using the dolly to transport and just threw them on their sides, scratched my dressor from sliding it on concrete and broke a drawer while transporting it down the steps from the dolly slipping. I had to rearrange the boxes on the uhaul to maximize space and I had to help load my very own items onto the truck because they were going over time (which they still did). My experience with this company was bad. So much that I cancelled the download order and went with someone else who was finished the exact same job AND put the items in place for me in 1.5 hrs! (1 man and 1 WOMAN) Go elsewhere!

They need raise in this hot heat should not b allowed no more than 2 moves a day on hot days other days then 3-4 however many u fit in
