MKK movers

I had to initiate a call the day before to confirm and provide relevant details about the move. Movers were half an hour late at 8 am on a Saturday morning. They were easy to reach by phone but not kind or apologetic. It seems they weren’t given any of the info I pre-filled or provided on the call the day before. Once there they worked quickly and smoothly.

I paid for this service weeks ago and when I contacted them the night before the move they did not even have a dolly. They ended up renting one from UHaul but was not great for large furniture. I also asked Owner if they could come hour earlier than previously scheduled and he said yes. Movers were a little late from previous scheduled time. Also all other movers bring their own water. These asked more than once for water. Which I gave because it was so hot. Of course it was hot. Some furniture is damaged.
