Not the best packing job. Was mot entirely the fault of the helpers, as it was a lot of miscellaneous loose and heavy stuff from my garage. However, poor packing and loading. Stuff not properly secured. Several items damaged including my table saw. The motor mount was cracked. Lesson learned. Stuff moves if not tied down.

I gave 5 stars because the company did communicate and the two young men who came did a great job. However my window was 12-4PM and they arrived at 6PM. This was incredibly frustrating.

The crew called and texted to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully to load the truck. Excellent experience with Tera Moving. Would definitely recommend.
