The movers spoke only Spanish, so we had to communicate through a phone app. The request was to pack, load, unload and unpack. They were prepared to only load and unload, but they agreed to pack, meaning they piled our things into the boxes we provided, without labeling and orderly sorting. We paid another crew to unpack the jumbled mess of this crew. They were 1 hour late.
