They didn’t get everything in the first 20 ft U-Haul so I had to rent a 10 ft U-Haul and they weren’t able to get everything in that one either. I ended up having to leave quite a bit on the curb. When I got to Kansas City & opened the small U-Haul, they had put my 65 inch TV on top of the couch laying flat and put a 75 pound mirror on top of that. And of course it Broke my TV. They also broke the glass out of a 1940s pie safe. They did not use the shrink wrap I bought to wrap around the blankets. They just threw the blankets on top and didn’t secure them so things got scratched and dirty black marks on my couch and mattress They broke the base of my bed, trying to shove it in to make it fit. They dented in my washer. I have tried to contact them and they will not contact me back. They said because I did not buy the insurance the damage isn’t covered. Insurance is for accidents not total disregard for someone’s property & shoving it in to make things fit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
