I would like to start by explaining that, prior to hiring JJ's, I was scammed of $120 by a 'moving company'.They took my money and never showed. Saturday I was stuck with a large truck full of terribly heavy, bulky items that one person could not possible unload. At 10pm Saturday night we contacted this company who made it their mission to help me the very next morning, Sunday, less than 12 hours notice. The 2 men were a few minutes earlier than planned and they got right to work. Then a third gentleman showed up, too. They were done in 45 minutes! Put everything where I requested.Offered to put my beds together, but I was missing a vital piece... 45 minutes! They were kind, courteous, gentle with my belongings, professional and quite compassionate towards my previous situation. I will be hiring them, again, next weekend, and saving their information for any future needs as they may arise. Just a fantastic company!
