Fast Fix Work

I am thrilled with the Austin company, Fast Fix Work!!! The owner, with whom I spoke several times before my furniture, etc. was delivered to my daughter’s home, was so kind!!! She assured me that the movers would take special care of my antique and fine furniture pieces, and place them where my daughter wants them in her home. I understand the move into the four story townhouse was seamless!!! I only wish I could have been in Austin to meet the professionals who went above and beyond to take care of all of the moving details for me!!! My daughter tipped the Fast Fix Work employees once the move in was complete. Thank you Fast Fix Work!!! You’re the BEST, Emma!!!

They destroyed over $400 of our things from their poor move job, were completely unprofessional, asked us for a ride home (in our moving truck or car being towed I guess??), mentioned they were the best in town moments before asking if they finished early could they leave early. I've never seen a worse move job, a less professional set of movers, or had so much damage done to my things from 'professional movers'. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating since their appointment person or manager or whoever answers their phone was absolutely lovely. Huge juxtaposition from Emma to the people who actually showed up.
