Helping others is not only good for them and a good thing to do, it also makes us happier and healthier too. Giving also connects us to others creating stronger communities, build a happier society.
These young men were very hard working and more prepared for the move than I was. The care they took in taping blankets around my furniture preserved it during my move from TX to VA. My things survived because of the care they took, and I really appreciate that most of all. Thank you so much for your hard working ethic and your professionalism throughout the moving process. You relieved so much stress of the move. The only improvement I can recommend is communication. It sounds like my movers accepted my job from a list of available jobs. The only problem is that I went almost all day not knowing whether or not any one was coming. I almost had to cancel the job and rehire someone else not knowing if I was going to be able to get out the next day. If you can contact the people who's job you've accepted, that will alleviate even more stress wondering whether or not anyone is coming to help.

These guys were so sweet! They cared about my items like they were moving their own stuff. Very professional, friendly and hardworking. I booked these guys the night before and they showed up the next morning ready to go! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have had the worst experience with this moving company. I have been scammed and lied to. I was not informed by Uhual of the payment code so instead I was scammed. Henry told me to Cash App the funds to him and I saw the moving company name and thought it was legitimate. I noticed 2 charges from Uhaul. Called Uhaul and was told the movers had already been paid. I immediately contacted Henry to get the funds back. I received radio silence. I also requested funds to be returned for a future move as well. In all the company has scammed me out of $281.93. So a 2 hour move has cost me a total of $419.93 when it was supposed to be $138. Claims have been submitted to all financial institutions involved. I was willing to do future business and refer company to friends and family but instead they decided to lie and steal. This behavior is absolutely disgusting. I’m a firm believer in karma and I hope this was worth it. Uhaul needs to vet who they’re connected to better. Do better!
