Scheduled for the morning and I was never reached out to. I had to call first and when I got ahold I was told the soonest he could make it out to me was two when I scheduled this job for the morning. I said that’s fine because at two I would be done by four and I had a final walk through with my apartment management to sign off on my old apartment at 430. Here it is past 330 and still nothing. After I had to send a follow up text again I was called and was told they’d be there asap. The apartment management came at 430 but told me they couldn’t complete it as the apartment still had contents inside. I had to leave in the morning out of state so I lost out on the opportunity to do my walk through. Finally the helpers showed up at 5ish. I wasted my whole day waiting around for them when I could have been doing others things on my last day in town.. That’s why I scheduled them for the morning. Excuse after excuse was made over the phone to me. I was completely inconvenienced!

If I could give more stars I would. The service that I received was nothing short of amazing. I actually booked for Saturday but it turned out that U-Haul had an error in their system and that day was not available. Jay came out early Sunday morning and moved me even though he normally doesn’t work on Sundays. I made it to my new place to find out I left my keys at my old place. Jay and his helper were so calm and patient and helped me get into my apartment so that we could get the truck unloaded. I have found my movers anytime I need to move to a new location. Look no further for great, professional and oh so friendly and sweet men to move you!!!
