Let me start by saying this review will be long but I feel it's important for consumers to know the mess Rtroutes had to work with and clean up. We hired different movers to load our truck in Kenedy, TX at 10 am. The morning of our move I received a call from the owner of the loaders asking if we still needed help, which should have been the first sign of the mess that was to come. He informed me they were on their way, then at 11 called to say they were stuck in traffic and his check engine light was on. Long story short after many lies and different stories, they finally arrived after 4. We hired Rtroutes to unload our truck at approximately 5. As soon as I knew our truck would not be arriving on time, I called Rtroutes to inform them of our situation. Kim was extremely accommodating and continuously checked the status of our arrival. Rtroutes made sure our truck was unloaded despite the mess we were in. Our movers were efficient, careful, and polite and we were so grateful.

These guys were super efficient. I had some heavy cumbersome items going up stairs and around tight corners. Manuel and friends were able to unload everything of a finesse type fashion without any damage and way under the time allotted. They drove from Houston to Beaumont, Texas for my unload operation. I would definitely use them again
