This should have been a 4 hr job, but it took 7. The team moved very slowly. 3 qtr of a 20 ft truck of boxes was removed into my garage within the first 1.5 hrs, but it took the remaining 5.5 hrs to pick up a few pieces of furniture at an apartment and take to a storage facility. They were carrying boxes on carts and both would take the one instead of taking separate carts. Their time was not used efficiently and they moved slowly. When my husband arrived at the storage facility around 5 pm he emptied the remainder of the truck on his own to speed up the process. They also charged me an additional 3 hrs and asked me to pay via Zelle.

When I made my original moving request, I provided the two addresses needed for loading & unloading. The night before it seemed like the movers never got those addresses so I had to provide again. The morning of, they went to the wrong location making us an hour behind. Neither mover spoke English and, on multiple occasions, did not follow instructions. They were not efficient in their process and had to re-do work, causing more of a delay. In trying to stack as high as they could, it actually slowed them down further instead of making 2 trips vs 1. It was, by far, the worst moving experience I've ever had.
