This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to moving. 1. The communication was horrible 2. They tried to say I canceled 3. The found some help but the help arrived 1 hr 30 min later 4. The movers didn’t speak English so there was a lot of wasted time trying to communicate via google translate 4. The movers were slow (understandably because I later found out they had been working since 6am with no food or water) 5. The company advised they couldn’t finished the job. 6.They advised that couldn’t start the work until they got the code first 7.These are not professional movers just people they find. 8. My compensation was a 5 percent discount and a hr i didn’t have to pay but it all didn’t seem fair because a lot of my time was wasted due to language barrier and bad business.

Moving help was ok and I’ve used uhaul service providers many times. Unfortunately they dropped an antique victola on its back, showed up with no equipment- they did not even have a dolly - luckily I had one. Team that showed up didn’t speak English. I know some Spanish but definitely made communication harder.

Really nice guys very nice. But they couldn’t do the job. Didn’t come close to maximizing the space in the truck and they weren’t able to work efficient.
