The movers were hired for my mother In Lubbock (I am in San Antonio). After renting the uhaul, the company messaged that the morning of the move they needed to reschedule. We finally agreed on a time, but my mother already had the uhaul mostly loaded by the time the workers arrived. They did not work the full 2 hours scheduled but still charged for the full time, when it was their scheduling that caused the work to be half complete by the time they showed up. The workers were AMAZING, but the scheduling was a mess and the full-charge was unfair. I recommend this company ONLY if your moving schedule is flexible.
