The two guys provided were good movers and were ready to work. They communicated well, arrived right on time, and were very cooperative. Overall the move went well. It could have been even better if they had their own dollies.

Advanced Movers are professionals and highly recommended. The owner reached out to confirm multiple times prior to the reservation. The movers arrives on time and began to work! They also wrapped furniture and TVs. The truck with packed properly allowing for a smooth transition onto our destination. The guys finished in a timely manner and were easy to get along with. Highly recommended!!

The movers were on time. The worked at a steady pace. They smoked in our garage during loading. The packing of our appliances was the primary issue. The refrigerator needed the handles removed to be loaded. They removed the entire doors and draw. The refrigerator doors was strapped to the refrigerator with the interior door and all wires exposed. During the drive it slipped from the strap and was further damaged. I was directed by the vendor to get blankets. I rented about 36 and none were used. The washer, dryer and refrigerator all suffered damage of scratches and dents. The refrigerator could not be put back together to a usable state. The washer is leaking all the water once turned on. We did offer advice on how the refrigerator was moved in the past and they told us they new what they were doing. We reached out via email. They said they would be in touch after a few days. We are hopeful they do the right thing and make us whole.
