We provide 24 hour service to all people. Customer satisfactory is our main priority. Currently we are equipped with a 4 wheel dolly. Ordering a regular dolly would be greatly appreciated and allow us to move more efficient. Also anything that needs to be protected we are able to wrap or cover anything you request with available supplies you may have

They took my money and didn’t unload my truck. They left my valuables unattended while they drove off with their friends. Every time they took something downstairs to load it, it took at least 20 minutes and I live on the 2nd floor. I told them when it was going on 2.5 to just grab the big stuff which was 2 beds 2 TV’s and it took them longer than that and they just left my stuff because I told them about it. I asked them to call their boss. And he was rude too and expect me to pay extra and I was getting hustled all the way. I want all my money back and I will stop at nothing to get it. The messed up part is these people know where I live.

Incredible movers assisted with unloading my things and moving them into my home. They did an amazing job. They moved my things quickly and with care. They were also flexible with availability and arrived at a time that worked with my schedule. I definitely recommend incredible movers.

The 'movers' that were supposed to come were apparently referred to the person I was communication with & they didn't show up a never returned text or calls. The person I was I'm communication with came himself to do the move, but almost 6 hours after the original start time, causing me to reschedule appointments I had. Had I gotten the moving truck at the agreed upon start time, I would have had to pay more to keep it an additional 6 hours. I appreciate that Fred came to do the move, but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience to me missing a doctor appointment and another meeting I had scheduled.
