The owner didn't notify the customers that moving crew has no transportation or dolly. They told me between 9-10 then i got a call from movers at 930 states they were on the bus, and will be here by 1020 without a dolly?. I have to went back to uhaul to rent a dolly in order for them to move the refrigerator, washer , and dryer. The mover was apologized in the beginning then later i found that wasn't their mistake, it will be better for the owner to notify customers in advance of movers situation and tools they needs.
