They were an hour and a half late. They kept texting, saying they were on their way. They stayed an extra two hours and told us that if we payed them directly it would be less than paying through U-haul and encouraged us to pay them. He told us if we payed through square it would cost them 3 percent so we payed them $355 cash and got no receipt. After calling and texting numerous times he told me that he would send one in 30 minutes because he was on a job. I have yet to receive a receipt. My furniture is ruined. They packed garden tools next to my nice fireplace and the hoe cut into the wood. My $3000 leather massage chair had a cut in the side of it. My grandfather’s antique stereo was torn in the back and a cut out in the wood in the front. I want a refund immediately. I can’t replace everything they tore up.
