Communicated they would be 30 mins late but ended up showing up way past 30mins. We were scheduled to move at 10am they did not show up until 1245. When arrived they only had one dolly and would only carry one box up at a time resulting in going over an hour and having to pay an additional $125. They were not working with efficiency but instead talking and laughing and slow walking from the apartment to the truck. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bobby and Lamond(sp?) were awesome, quick efficient and great communication. Trois was also great with the communication and making sure his guys had what they needed. I would certainly use them again if the need arises. Genesis by far was my best experience with moving help. I’ve used moving help for 10+ years.
