Scheduled for 230PM, texted 130 to say would be 3PM. I am 77 my son has a bad knee, that’s the reason we hired moving help. We had a family coming to my house at 5 to pick up the bedroom.my son and I immediately started moving items into the Uhaul truck. Received text saying they would arrive 320-330. I called and he said they would been here soon and he would give me a discount. My son started bringing the heavier items and putting them at the back of the truck. We had TWO items left in the storage unit when ONE person arrived at 405PM. He and my son made one trip together to bring the two items to the truck. he said the other was on the way. It took my son and the moving helper 20 minutes to put the remaining items in the truck. He was there 30 minutes TOTAL and said he would issue me a 25per cent discount which left him being paid over $100 for 30 minutes. I want him paid $50 and me refunded the rest.

Company only sent one mover instead of 2, lots of damages caused to furniture and appliances, and also caused damages to the uhaul truck and my home. then finally they sent two movers by 10pm who then packaged the truck and caused damages too. They claimed they would fix the house damages last Sunday and never showed which sucks because I’m closing on the house tomorrow and lost out money. And they claimed they would be at new house 2pm today to repair furniture. Neither has happened. Terrible service, communication, and thousands of dollars worth of damages.
