Was available at short notice (same-day, in a few hours) although did not give estimated arrival time (suddenly showed up at my home). Movers were polite and responsive to my requests and feedback. They however did not pack efficiently, haphazardly placing furniture on top of each other the U-box, leaving much empty space in between and risking furniture getting scratched and or breaking. They also did not use the furniture pads I requested them to use until I began placing them myself. The space inefficiency required me to book an additional U-box, a large additional expense.
