Company only sent one mover instead of 2, lots of damages caused to furniture and appliances, and also caused damages to the uhaul truck and my home. then finally they sent two movers by 10pm who then packaged the truck and caused damages too. They claimed they would fix the house damages last Sunday and never showed which sucks because I’m closing on the house tomorrow and lost out money. And they claimed they would be at new house 2pm today to repair furniture. Neither has happened. Terrible service, communication, and thousands of dollars worth of damages.

Please DONT Use this company!!! It was the worst company I ask and pay for two helpers one didn't show up and when I ask for a refund they give me just lies first it will returned to the card , then email a check, then cash in my mailbox. I lost the money but the worst part they ask me for a five star review. I will Never use them again or recommend them.

The first helper was over 30 minutes late, but immediately began taking things down to the uhaul. He called for assistance and the second helper arrived and finished the loading in the final 15 minutes of the 2 hours. I had asked for two helpers to begin with. Also, I'll have to redo some of the truck to get 4 other items in that are in my storage unit that I told the first helper I had to get from Decatur. Over all the helpers were great and didn't gripe.

I Paid for two movers for a reason, to not have to lift a finger due to surgery! I didn’t pay for a lady to do the job while the guy she brought barely moved ANYTHING! The whole time rolling in my living room floor with his butt in my fan and asked for the U-Haul keys to sit in the truck while me my sister and his partner unload the truck. The lady was working her butt off Bugg the partner was WORTHLESS.
