I had a 10x15 storage unit I needed loaded into an already mostly filled 26ft Uhual truck. Paul & Joe were tasked to do the job. They were about 10 mins late however that may have been traffic & they communicated with me their ETA. Overall experience with them was good. They were mannerly, took redirection well, & worked hard to get all I had onto the Uhaul, & in an effort to do that I feel like some smaller items may have not been stacked & packed to my liking, but the items that I was very specific about needing great care they made every effort to make sure were protected. I could tell they felt rushed to beat the clock for what I paid for through Uhaul, but in the end I had to add 2 extra hours & leave some old chairs & an old mattress set behind to be able to close the Uhaul door. Note that Tim (owner) doesn't do partial time payments, he charges for the full hour so I made sure to keep Joe & Paul for the full last hour. Any damages remain to be seen til I unpack in GA.

I would not recommend this company. As many of the companies here on MovingHelp.com there is someone collecting money and then paying their employees less to move for them. I don't have a problem with that part, but the operator of this business seems extremely shady. First, the movers that he had come out were only told that they had a 3 hour minimum and to let him know if it went longer. The reason for this is so that they are only paid for 3 hours if it's a shorter move and not paid for the full time I was paying for and the operator could collect the difference. Then when my move took 4 hours and 20 min I get a call from the operator asking me to pay for a full additional hour. He also requested that I pay this directly to him through Venmo. I refused and told him he could request an additional hour on Movinghelp, which he did. He did not ask how the move went or why it took longer. It took longer because of how slow the movers were and the fact that it was a dad and his 19 YO son.

Amazing job! Loaded a 10ft u-haul to capacity in 30min and unloaded into storage unit in the same amount of time. They even helped move heavy and bulky items upstairs. Thanks to these guys, we saved so much time and avoided injuring ourselves. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. 10 full stars!

I had a packing crisis, thought my mom was packed and ready to go, well her suitcase was but not her kitchen or anything else! Booked online through the U-Haul app, Tim called within minutes and they were on site within an hour to pack her up!
