If you're debating whether to book this moving company , DEFINITELY BOOK IT ! I had my reservations at first but once I spoke to Tim he answered all my questions and reassured me that his crew was reliable & trustworthy. Not to mention they were extremely FLEXIBLE with their time & my booking . COMMUNICATION was absolutely FIVE stars ! from the moment I booked until the job was completed. Text, call he definitely works with whatever you're more comfortable with , which is great because with my schedule, texting was more efficient. Fast forward to the move , Paul & John were punctual & extremely accommodating to my needs ! I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable & experienced they were (for the price).This is the second time I book a moving company and I really wish I would have booked them for my first move as well . I'm a business owner myself & wish Success on this small company.Everything was Done right .

I hired Done Right Movers to help with an unload. The first issue was that they only sent 1 mover when I paid for 2 (which left me no choice other than to assist). Upon finishing the move I came to find out that the guy that was sent out responded to an ad on Craigslist and was never formally hired, trained or screened by this company before being sent to a customer’s home, (smh). In addition when the job was completed he requested a tip and began to complain about his compensation which was not resolved by Done Right so he began to act erratic and make threats. Long story short I would not hire this company again or refer them. They seem to have taken blatant advantage of this platform by having no accountability or structure in how they operate. Hire them at your own risk.

The were showed up late. after 45 mins one of the helper showed up and after 1 hour another one joined. They broke the leg of my tv stand and didn’t take the responsibility. The management was so poor. Never recommended!!
