I requested a 10am showtime, but then I was notified movers would arrive between 10-11am. Communication either with U-Haul or just with the Mover Help was poor; because they didn’t have my address either. I’m noticing on my receipt I was charged for 3 hours but I believe the movers total time might have been closer to just under 1.5 hours. Other than that, the guys were awesome loading and unloading my truck for me.
