These were not professionals, but just guys without experience. For the cost of movers, I would expect professionals with training. I constantly had to keep up with them or I would find them hanging out in the moving truck.

Wonderful, amazing crew. After my first moving team didn’t show up I reached out to Dorsey and he fit me in to their schedule.. They did such an amazing job packing my container that I was able to move a majority of other remaining items that I was going to have to take in a trailer. Thanks guys I really appreciated it!!

Dorsey Moving Services worked with us on every issue to make sure the moving process went as smoothly as possible. Even when we experienced delays they were able to accommodate our new move-in time. Not to mentioned there was clear communication both ways, even when a storm hit us just before moving everything off the truck. I would recommend Dorsey Moving Services to anyone looking for an efficient and effective crew of movers

If I could give 0 stars, I would! From the start of moving day, they conducted themselves unprofessionally and it just never got better. I confirmed a week ahead-location (that we were 45 min outside SAT), amount of time (pretty sure we would need an additional hour maybe more), more furniture than originally thought because we were eliminating second truck trip. About an hour before arrival, got word that one laborer was a no show due to rain and didn't know when or if they could get another person out there due to family obligations. Within half an hour was told they had found two people and they were on their way. When they arrived, it was a young kid and his girlfriend to unload a 26' truck! The young man did his best and to his credit he was super nice, polite but they were not equipped to do the amount of work we needed. When we contacted the office to express or displeasure, they basically told us they couldn't or wouldn't fix the issue.

Unloading was quick and painless. No issues.
