My only real complaint was that neither of the movers spoke any English at all. It made it extremely difficult to communicate where to go, what to do, or even if they wanted water or a soda. Highly recommend that the dispatchers check if the person booking is fluent in Spanish before sending movers, because my 10th grade Spanish is 30 years out of practice.
