Devian and Charles(he was called later for additional help and paid cash) were great. They were working hard but Kalvin was not professional. He wasted a lot of time, and I mean a lot of time. He demanded 30 minutes prior to give him the code even though the job was not complete. Kalvin charged me additional $50 cash for unscrewing 1 washer screw. Wish he told me abt that before he did it. I already unscrewed most of them. Point is he wasn’t honest. Paid cash for additional hours but instead of trying to complete the job nicely he was focused on just how to make more and more money dishonestly. I still had plenty stuff left behind after three crew worked 7 hours for a four bedroom house. I would have gladly paid them of more hours if Kalvin was honest and upfront about everything than being sneaky about everything. At one point, I felt guilty for asking things to be moved upstairs as it was met with a sigh. Again, Devian and Charles were great and working hard.
