I hired this company to help me move my parents out of their apartment. I got a call a few weeks before to confirm the time and the location of the apartment. A few days before I got a call to reconfirm time and address. An text confirmation for the time and apartment number the morning of the move. Good communication before we even started. The gentlemen were both kind, quick and courteous with my parents questions and concerns. They loaded that truck like they were trying to beat Tetris, everything well loaded and handled with care. They were very nice and didn't seemed bothered at all by my parents questions, and there were many questions. If I had to move from here again I would definitely be calling them. It only took them an hour and a half to complete the filling of the truck. Very professional, they brought their own equipment. Next time I will have to remember to have straps ready to secure freight, I ran out and bought some. We were very satisfied, great job done.

When the original lover I had booked was uncommunicative I got concerned and called Central Texas Muscle. These guys were very friendly and professional. Had me loaded up and ready to go in no time. If I could have had them unload where I was moving to, I would have in a heartbeat. They definitely knew what they were doing when it came to packing the truck and securing everything in place. I am happy to report that no items were broken or damaged during the move. I appreciate their timeliness and communication through this process. I highly recommend this company and should I move again in the future, I will reach out to them!
