Mitch and his crew were very nice and did an excellent job packing up our rented moving truck. They were very polite and professional. My reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating was it took several days to get in contact with them after we made our reservation and they were 45 minutes late arriving. I do want to give them credit that they were very proactive in texting me about their status and revised arrival time.
