I only gave 3 stars for communication because when I've book movers through Uhaul.com, the moving company has always contacted me first to go over details. I had to contact them and I also contacted them the day before to confirm that they would be arriving the next morning. The movers, Jesus and his brother Gibert were great and were able to stay an extra 2 hours (I had them originally for 4 hours to load and then unload) when I asked. I tipped them cash to make sure they got it.

I am writing this review to warn other customers. The movers were quick, on time & worked diligently until the 2 hour job was completed in under 1 hour. My complaint and phone call to U-Haul Moving Support is the movers required an additional undisclosed $20.00 fee at the end that was not conducted through the U-haul app. The movers stated this was required for the drive to the location. I discussed with them that this $20 driving fee was not disclosed through U-haul and never mentioned therefore I do not want to give it. To get them out of our residence, I paid the $20 but I am now looking to get a refund on this amount. I advise you to use another mover if you do not want hidden - off the table fees added to your move.

The movers were extremely helpful and professional. Unfortunately our fridge broke during the move but the company had great integrity which allowed us to claim it via insurance for loss. We truly appreciate it!
