The supervisor of the movers spent most of his time in the air conditioned cab of his truck and did not actively provide guidance to the movers themselves. The movers spoke no English and we do not speak Spanish so communication was difficult. Our boxes labeled glass and fragile were not treated differently than the others. The glass in our china cabinet was broken when the movers were loading it into the UBox due to their lack of experience. I had to notify the supervisor when it happened because he was unaware, sitting in his truck cab.

Paid for 2 hours but only got 1 hr. Description stated 2 hours load,unload but when worker asked if I needed to unload as well it seemed like he was bothered .
