I hired them for 4 hours. They were supposed to show up at 10 a.m. . If it wasn't for me calling or texting, there would not have been communication. My 80 yr old mom and I were moving due to the tornado that hit our area in May, so needless to say we had to get help moving big items. Once they finally arrived it was almost 2 PM. I had rented the U-Haul till 5pm, so I did explain they needed to be sure and load and unload by then. I ended up extending the truck rental till 7 pm, thinking it would help the movers and rushing wouldn't have to happen. Not only were they rushing through the job, they were very sloppy with our stuff. Needless to say we got damaged furniture out of the whole thing. My mother woke up this morning to her bed falling due to the damage made to bed and there is a whole in the wall where they sat the bed. We also have an island on wheels that was messed up pretty good on the bottom. It's all visible. I've never seen anyone move as fast and wreckless in lif

I initiated all of the communication. It was difficult getting a time slot on the day I had reserved. Once they got it, several hours late, they did an excellent job. It was one worker and he work hard, listened to my instructions. He was pleasant and I would have Derrick help again.
